On December 18th, 2015 the Ministre de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion announced that as of January 5th, 2016 candidates wishing to submit an application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (Quebec selection certificate) under the regular Skilled Worker Program must use the online secure space Mon projet Québec.

As previously announced, the next application intake period for the regular Skilled Worker Program will be from January 18th to March 31st, 2016 with an intake limit of 2,800 applications.

Creating a new account on Mon projet Québec will allow candidates to complete their application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec, make their payment online, follow the status of their application, make changes to their application and access personal electronic messaging.

Cap exempt candidates who have an employment offer validated by the Ministère or who are temporary residents and eligible to submit an application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec do not have to wait until January 18th, 2016. These candidates may submit an online application starting January 5th, 2016 using Mon projet Québec. For cap exempt candidates, they may continue submitting printed versions of their applications until December 31st, 2015.
